Delivery
Mimba offers a free, next day delivery, anywhere in Nairobi for orders placed before 6pm.
All orders required outside of Nairobi, but within Kenya, will be sent by Courier and the delivery fee and times will be at the standard Courier rate.
The delivery times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and exclude week-ends and public holidays.
Returns
Mimba will accept returns on all items within 24hrs of delivery as long as the items are in the same, unused, condition they were delivered in.
Please email or call us to arrange a collection of the returns and once received in good condition, we will refund via cheque only. |
